Affected are between April 2007 and June 2009 delivered equipment. Fujitsu battery of the model series Amilo Pa2510, Pi2512 Pi2515 and can overheat. Fujitsu will exchange defective parts free of charge.
Fujitsu has launched due to possible overheating and fire a recall of notebook fpcbp160, fpcbp160ap batteries. Affected devices are Series Amilo Pa2510, Pi2512 Pi2515 and which were delivered between April 2007 and June 2009. Other models in the series Amilo, Amilo Pro and LifeBook are not affected.
We have opted for a recall after customers of overheated batteries, and associated fire risks were reported, said Fujitsu. To reduce the risk of users, the manufacturer replaces the affected series of fujitsu lifebook c2330 battery charge.
