For the series "Night Shift", today we talk about the Hewlett Packard Tablet Slate 500, a true "zombie" first dropped and then recovered and now launched in the U.S. market with the integrated system opreativo Windows 7.
The machine has a good hardware: Intel Atom Z540 at 1.86 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB SSD drive capacity, weighs 700 grams and is equipped with Wi-Fi and HDMI output on its docking station, although it has a small flaw represented by the lack of 3G.
The display is 8.9-inches for a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels, above and behind it has two cameras, one of which - the back - by 3-megapixel touchscreen and is being used with the hands but also with the pen included in the portfolio, and supports multitouch.
The tablet appears to be a very interesting model. Unlike many other operating systems that mount smaller, in fact, this computer has integrated native Windows 7, which makes it certainly very attractive.
Otherwise, however, appears to be attractive for the price. High, especially considering the release date later than a lot of models such as Samsung and Apple iPad Galaxy, amounted to $ 799 in the United States of America.
Apparently imminent, but still unknown, the output of this tablet in Italy, while there is still quantifies the market share that the computer can "steal" to his closest competitors.
